At Jinen, we want you to be fully satisfied with your home essentials; if a piece doesn't fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unused condition to maintain the integrity of our curated collection.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous tracking codes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
